Computer courses at the NNYLN are regarded to be on the Beginner's, Intermediate, or Advanced levels.
- Beginner - Students are expected to have an understanding of how to use a computer, unless otherwise stated.
- Intermediate - Students are expected to know the basics of the program being taught.
- Advanced - Students are expected to have a full knowledge of the program, but are looking to extend that knowledge.

Confirmation Policy - The Network will mail confirmation notices prior to most computer courses. Receipts will be available at the workshop.

Cancellation Policy - Registrations may be canceled at any time, but in order to not be charged, cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class. In the event that the Network cancels a workshop, all prepaid registrations will be refunded.
